Online Certification
Our online certification (OC) service is popular among dealers and collectors. Online certification employs the same valued authentication process as our COA and is usually used to verify autographed items of lower value.
Online certification (OC) is mainly suitable for collectors who wish to get a fast and fairly accurate assessment of their memorabilia. It is not as comprehensive as a full Certificate of Authentication (COA). Your online certification includes a JML registration card with a unique certification number that corresponds to the alpha-numeric tamper evident label. Each certification number is uploaded into our exclusive database for customer verification access. Online certification submission fees cost $25 per item. You can upgrade your Online Certificate (OC) to a full COA for just $15 per item. Submit an item for an online certification here.

Ship it to us
Our in-house authentication service proves to be the most original, and fool-proof way of authentication. Please view our fees here. It is very easy to send your item to us to authenticate it for you. The whole process usually takes 3-4 weeks to complete:
Step 1: Contact us via our email contact.jmlgrading@gmail.com
Step 2: Under the subject header, write "JML Grading - Request for In-House Authentication". Include your full name, mailing address, email address, phone number. Attach a picture of the item(s) you wish for us to authenticate and include the details of the item(s). For example, "Signed Nike Boot by Cristiano Ronaldo".
Step 3: Wait for our confirmation email on your request.
Step 4: Make payment for the cost of authenticating the item(s). We currently only accept Paypal.
Step 5: Send the item to our office address
Step 6: Once we received your item we will send you an email. The authentication process usually takes about a week. After one week we will send you another email to inform you of the result of the authentication, as well as the cost of shipping the item back to you, which you can make payment via Paypal. You can choose to dispose of the item if it is deemed unauthentic and you do not want us to ship the item back to you.
Step 7: Once you have made payment for the shipping, we will mail the item back to you, complete with the Certificate of Authentication.
